Fend is an invite-only network platform that connects startup founders with enterprise executives. The Service includes access to our member directory, pilot opportunity listings, and related networking features.
3. Eligibility
The Service is available only to users who have received a valid invitation code. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must register for an account using your Google account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your invitation code without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fend and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fend be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
