Fend Network

1. Agreement Overview

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Fend platform as a registered member. By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Membership

Fend is an invite-only network. Your membership grants you access to:

The member directory of founders and executives
Pilot opportunity listings
Company registration and management
Direct connections with other members

3. Profile Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your profile. Your profile will be visible to other members of the network. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current.

4. Community Standards

As a member, you agree to:

Treat other members with respect and professionalism
Use the platform for legitimate business networking purposes
Not solicit members for purposes unrelated to the platform's mission
Protect confidential information shared with you by other members
Report any violations of these standards to our team

5. Company Registration

If you register a company on the platform, you represent that you have the authority to do so. Company registrations are subject to approval by our team.

6. Pilot Opportunities

Companies may post pilot opportunities to the platform. Any agreements made between members regarding pilots are separate from this Agreement and Fend is not a party to such agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you post to the platform. By posting content, you grant Fend a license to display that content to other members as part of the Service.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement or our community standards.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
